We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the problem with the fridge. In order to meet the needs of our guests, ensuring that all appliances are in optimal working condition is our top priority, we have taken note of this problem and are actively investigating the matter.
We understand the inconvenience posed by the limited number of keys. In response, we are working on implementing a solution that involves electronic opening, with the aim of introducing this enhancement next year. Our sincere apologies for the interruption in your internet service. Our technical team is proactively working to enhance connectivity, and we are excited to share that we will be upgrading to fiber optic internet by May 2024. En el jardin habia muchos mosquitos, creo que seria una opcion a valorar el hecho de fumigar la zona para que fuera mejor la estancia y aprovechar la zona de piscina y terraza.
